How to wash or clean German Silver items ?
Avoid washing with tamarind, soaps, lemon/lime. German silver articles are allergic to acidic products for maintaining their color durability. Use Colgate tooth powder or Sabeena washing powder for washing the articles.

How long would it take for me to receive my order?
We have several products under the Same Day Shipping category. These are ready-to-ship products and will likely be delivered to your address in 3 -7 working days, based on the delivery location. For most items, an estimated time of delivery is provided before finalizing your order. All the products are shipped from Bangalore Location.

What are the available payment options?
You can purchase using a valid Visa/Master/Amex Debit/Credit Card issued in India. You can also redeem your Loyalty Points or use the balance remaining on your Gift Card to purchase online
How does the online payment system work?
Your bank or debit/credit card company will directly authorize the transaction on the payment gateway page. Once we receive their authorization, your order will be finalized. You will know right away if your payment was accepted.
What are the reasons where my credit card might be refused?
